Iltalehti today: “Forget Finnish noise cancelling headphones, here’s a better option.” Those other headphones are probably great. But when the only Finnish manufacturer in this category is basically Valco, that headline did sting a bit.
Building the Death Star is slow work when we’re supposed to scrape together a thousand billion trillion from 199 euro headphones. So we decided to speed things up by sending two young delinquents to tour Finland’s festivals and trade fairs throughout summer 2026, so people can see, hear, and buy Valco products in the one place already full of drunk decision-makers.
A whopping 2305 customers answered our damn long survey. 96.6% were happy. We’ll tell you what we’re doing for the 3.4% who weren’t, and what products we’re building next.

Shipping's on us
So basically, we don’t charge shipping. Since the United States of America has decided to seek military protection from Finland and NATO has now joined Finland, we no longer charge them shipping either, as a gesture of solidarity, even though they do live far away from the center of the world.
You should still be prepared to pay customs duties if you live in some developing country like Switzerland or Norway. Thanks to Brexit, the United Kingdom is now a developing country too.
Actually, if you live in Europe outside the EU (that is, in the United Kingdom), it’s almost worth ordering the headphones through our reseller Thomann.
Valco's full warranty
Valco products come with a unique full two-year warranty. It covers everything except damage caused by gross negligence or deliberate stupidity. And even then we can help, at least for a small fee.
So during the warranty period, we’ll fight tooth and nail to make sure you can enjoy your Valco headphones, or whatever other audio gear of ours you bought, to the fullest.
Our loyal henchmen will reply to your email, chat with you on Facebook, and keep you company on lonely evenings.
We believe that good customer service, even after the purchase, is the best way to market products.
And when the warranty is over, you can still get spare parts from us and have your headphones fixed back to like-new condition for a nominal fee, for as long as this little outfit exists.
Risk-free purchase
We trust what we sell. Unlike your spouse, we’re not satisfied if you’re not 100% satisfied.
You can try the headphones at home and return them within 14 days if, for example, the bailiff is breathing down your neck, your head is too lumpy, or you just don’t understand good headphones. Do remember, though, that the headphones should be intact and clean when returned. We don’t want your earwax or dandruff any more than anyone else does.
If for some reason you end up returning your purchase, let customer service know about it, so we know to refund the money to the right place, and send the product back. That’s it. We won’t hassle you or ask stupid questions.
Naturally, if there’s some way we can do better, we’re happy to hear your ideas.
