Buying earbuds has always been a gamble. You order the best possible buds, wait for the package, put them in your ears and hope for the best. Either they fit, or they hit the floor every time you turn your head. And you won't know which until your money is already gone.

We fixed that. This package contains NL25 earbuds as silent demo units, plus ear tips in different sizes. No electronics, no sound, no Bluetooth. Just the shape and size, which is exactly what determines whether the buds fit your ears. Put them in, try all the ear tips, shake your head and find out.

The package costs €9.90, including postage. If you then buy the actual NL25 earbuds, you get the same €9.90 back as a discount. In other words, the trial is free for everyone who ends up buying. And if you don't, you saved what you would have spent on earbuds that were the wrong size.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Opened products cannot be returned. Silent earbuds and a pile of ear tips aren't much use to anyone else after they've been in your ears. Keep them, give them to a friend or turn them into a keyring. We're happy as long as you now know what you're buying.

Do these play sound?

No. The dummies are silent. They only test whether the buds fit your ears. Sound comes only with the real NL25 earbuds.

Do I get my money back if I buy the NL25?

Yes. The kit costs 9.90 €, and you get that same amount back as a discount when you buy the NL25 earbuds. So the trial is free if you end up buying.

Can I return the kit?

No, and you don't need to. There's no right of return, because dummy earbuds and tips that have been in your ears don't get resold to anyone. You're paying to find out, not for the stuff itself.
