Used headphones, no lottery required
An eBay listing that says “good condition, lightly used” can mean anything. Our used headphones are warranty-serviced instead: our service team inspects, repairs, tests, and replaces worn parts before sale. Plus a 24-month warranty on top. So the used headphones we sell are as good as new.
In the interest of honesty: many of these exist because the original VMK20 had a circuit fault. That exact nasty chip problem is what brought in the warranty returns, which is why there's stock on the shelf. So you're buying a unit whose best-known flaw has already been fixed.
Batches come from trade-in devices, so the selection keeps changing. If the shelf's empty, check back later, or trade in your own old headphones and speed up the cycle.
