Stick the microphone thingy into the 3.5 mm hole and you can upgrade your headphones straight back to the 1990s. With a boom mic in front of your face, calls get less background noise, and the Bluetooth delay in gaming disappears completely. On top of that, you also get a mute button and a handy volume wheel. The mic arm can be bent to sit nicely in front of your mouth, but taking it all the way into your mouth is not recommended.

So what’s the point of this compared to wired headphones then? Well, you still get to use noise cancelling, and you don’t need to buy a separate pair of headphones for the office, or for gaming.

So, this is a separate microphone that plugs into VMK models and gets shoved into the 3.5 mm input hole on the headphones. The other end of the mic cable plugs into your computer, game console, or even your nostril. Granted, once shoved into a nostril, the microphone is not all that useful.
