These terms apply to all products purchased from Valco's online store.
1. 14-Day Cancellation Right
The customer has a 14-day right to cancel the purchase or return the product without giving a reason, in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law.

Calculation of return period: The deadline for the return ends 14 days after the shipment has been received.

Letter shipments: Since letter shipments cannot be tracked, they are considered received within 3 days of dispatch. If the shipment has not arrived, the customer must immediately contact customer service.

Condition of the product: The right of return only applies to unused and resalable products in their original packaging.
- Returns are free in Finland and other EU countries.
2. Return Procedure and Refund
Before returning: If you decide to return a product, you must always first contact Valco's customer service. Valco covers the direct costs of the return (free return) when the return is made from Finland or another EU country according to our instructions.
Cancellation notice: Provide a free-form cancellation notice to customer service, which must include:

Bank account (IBAN) where the payment will be made.
Return address: You will receive more detailed information and the return address during the cancellation process.
Refund: Our goal is to process the refund within 1–3 business days after we have received and inspected the return. The money will appear in the customer's account no later than 14 days after the product return.
3. Defective Products, Warranty, and Transport Damages
Defective product and warranty: If the product is defective, the customer must contact Valco's customer service. Defective products will be replaced with new ones or serviced within the product's 24-month warranty period.
Transport damages: Complaints about products damaged during transport must be made immediately to the Post or the transport company that delivered the shipment.
